"You" means the viewer of one of our websites and/or a customer of Abbey Stoves (a customer is is someone who has placed an order with us directly or through a website owned by us). Where Abbey Stoves own a website this will be clearly visible on the contact us page of the website. Contacting us means emailing us, phoning us, or writing us a letter to the address below. If you find the information on our website may not be correct (although we obviously try to keep it up to date) please inform us as soon as possible.

If a stove or item is out of stock we will let you know as soon as we can. We will endeavour to send the item to you as soon as the item comes into stock, we can advise a different product but if this is unacceptable we will give a full refund.

Refunds

We will refund you for cancelled orders within 30 days of the order being paid. if the order was paid by credit or debit card the refund will be refunded to the original card details.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order we will require this in writing (email will do) within 7 days of the order. Otherwise there will be a handling charge which the stove suppliers charge. This is approx £90.00 in VAT.

Prices

Prices shown on the web site are inclusive of VAT at 20%. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but mistakes are possible. If the price is incorrect we will let you know as soon as possible. If the price is unacceptable you can cancel the order and a full refund will be given.

We do hold information on our files about yourself especially when we are installing stoves and flues. This information is kept confidential and is covered by the DATA PROTECTION ACT. We have several security systems in place. We DO NOT sell your information or pass your information to any third party,
